The pay. That's my gripe. After two months of working there, they told me-- didn't ASK me-- that I was being trained at the service desk. I was basically a supervisor. They gave me manager numbers, keys, I was in charge of front end cash management, etc. All of that and no pay raise. Absolutely ridiculous.
