Pros
The work environment was cooperative and accommodating, with flexible work hours and decent OT pay during the holiday rush. Great management.
Cons
The employee areas sucked the soul out of me with how sterile they were. Ancient "Happy Birthday" plastic table cloths in lonely rooms with concrete or linoleum floors. Not a carpet in sight. It's the little things, I guess. The customers were almost always fantastic to work with, but one holiday season there was a parent who was adamant we look in the back for a white version of a black La La Loopsy doll. It threw me for a loop, and took some effort to humor her.
