Pros
they are flexible with your schedule and the store isn't competitive which makes it a cool enviroment to work in. It's a toy store so it's fun.
Cons
You get 1 raise a year and it's only a 20cent raise. I'm a stock associate & other associates and i are pretty good at what we do and we all get very low raise. Unless you're pushed up to a supervisor position, i think they get like a 50cent raise. Oh and the pay is bi-weekly.
