Pros
Flexible scheduling nine months of the year, generally a fun atmosphere you're around kids and toys all day, lots of authority in doing right by your customers.
Cons
Not enough payroll to properly run the store. Poor communication everywhere. Do your research on who you will be reporting to up 2-3 levels. Too much winging it due to lack of knowledge. Too many "made up rules" from store to store. Commitment to training is non-existing. Quality store managers are hard to find, I've seen only a couple in 8 years
