- Great team that goes the extra mile for clients - downtown royal oak location - Managers very sharp, most are easy to work with - Training in certain positions was good and very hands on - Growing fast and got a strong sense that most clients were very happy about results

Cons

- some cross-department weaknesses - Bathroom facilities always seem to have issues - Processes not consistent between departments, some are great, some are okay
