Unpaid internship, no parking at royal oak building but company has since moved

Compared to other marketing agencies, this company is unique. We specialize in digital marketing and are very strong in SEO and PPC. Despite this company only being in business for around 2 years, the track record is pretty stellar. The retention rate with clients is very high, and I personally have felt a sense of accomplishment working directly with the agency's clients. One of the things I like is the tools used to manage projects. The company has some extremely intelligent people which makes everyday a learning experience. Some of the negative reviews on this profile don't make a whole lot of sense based on my experience. The company has treated me great.

Like an agency position, I always feel like I could use more help to get my work done. The company has brought in some new hires and seems to be in the midst of rolling out some new organization updates, so that would help. I would like to see some kind of a profit sharing program or other incentive-based salary program. The building has its pros and its cons. Its a cool looking workplace, but I do need to use a heater every now and again because it never seems to stay at one temperature. There were a number of employees who left, but they left to form their own agency. The management team responded pretty quickly to get new hires in place.
