Salary paid on time, social insurance and tax paid in full according to the law. Bonus twice a year based on profit calculated as a % of employee's salary, so it will depend more or less on salary.
Cons
- Limited growth opportunities due to a small SOW - Pervasive corruption and favoritism, even at the C-level, creating a toxic environment of internal competition and sabotage. - Unfair treatment of employees, including preferential treatment for acquaintances and bullying of managers who are not in favor, forcing them to resign voluntarily, then placing family members in key positions to embezzle company funds. - Salaries increase slowly and in very small amounts. - The HR department is a puppet, not protecting the rights of employees.
