Best team, bad management - Supervisor Trans Cosmos Employee Review

The management have no direction and do not set clear goal. Some of their decisions are very last minute and not considering the employees or how the decision can be disruptive to other departments. They only make decisions that works for them. Even worst, they do not have the eligible people to be in HR. So many haywire from HR as the person leading do not come from hr background. They retrenched employees with incorrect compensation and their HR people cannot answer to the queries. Not to mention the medical benefits was one of the worst where it did not cover hospitalization on top of outpatient is base on pay and claim only. The claim took more than 2 months to be refunded back
