Pros

Work from home benefits decent attempt at company culture for being online very low standard to get in the company and start working good for beginners, just out of school, or simply looking for work. decent training

Cons

low end of pay, wage increases are minimal for t1/t2 no control over some KPI's that your job relies on ( in the customers hands / Surveys regarding situation, not only personal performance ) there's an opportunity for a bonus, but you can't reliably achieve it because of the above. micromanagement
