Pros

Work from home, selective scheduling

Cons

Hours are horrible... when you're first hired they will stress you out with all the metrics and things needed to be met. Almost 6 months into my role the entire iOS department hours were decreased for the next 6 months. I was honored to become a mentor for keeping up with everything and was eventually fired. They care nothing about you. Stay away

Thank you for sharing your feedback which helps us identify opportunities to improve. We support a variety of different clients with varying hours of operation. Therefore, we regularly hire for a variety of different schedules and also offer periodic shift bids throughout the year. Many of our employees appreciate that the shift bid rankings are based on attendance and performance which allows us to reward hard work employees with the ability to have more schedule selection options during shift bids. We regret to hear how you felt with your experience and always encourage any employee (or former employee) to reach out to our HR department if you have any concerns.
