Company offers a good base to work within a corporate environment with fairly close access to senior mgmt.
Cons
Extremely poor communication between executive and middle mgmt. Poor/non existent benefits and bonuses. Zero internal career progression. no commitment to develop staff to meet long term business objectives. General feeling that mgmt have a lack of understanding in the industry sector or what is really happening with the business.
