I have been here a long time and have seen a lot of positive change in the last 12 months. New management brought in by CEO has strengthened our culture. Three new products launched in last year. I now get visibility into company direction and strategy and feel like I am part of something good. As company is growing fast, I see opportunities for promotion. Good benefits. Great co-workers and friends here. We are a family.

Cons

Growth has brought challenges as management is not hiring fast enough. Communication on global strategy needs to be crisper.
