Pros

In my time at this organization, I've seen significant growth and change, all for the better. Every employee is a piece of the bigger puzzle that provides incredible benefits to our members. I think that is the reason majority of our employees are so passionate about what they do, because they know the work they are doing matters to the participants we work to support. Overall, our staff benefits are incredible with the lowest monthly premium and deductible I have ever seen from any organization. Between that and a robust PTO and paid holiday schedule, I truly feel that work-life balance is fully achievable daily.

Cons

Not necessarily a 'con' but because we are non-profit there is no bonus structure, but as previously noted the substantial benefits and pension outweigh that.

Pros

The company fosters a positive culture with supportive colleagues and a collaborative environment. There are plenty of opportunities to take on new projects and make a meaningful impact. For self-starters, it’s a great place to grow professionally and gain exposure to different areas of the business.

Cons

One major challenge is the lack of clear accountability. When issues arise, the burden often falls on the person who identifies the problem to fix it, regardless of role or scope. This can lead to burnout and inefficiencies, especially when cross-functional support is needed but not readily provided.
