Never have the tools or resources to do your job. Our district manager was clueless . He was only out for himself. The VP was clueless as well. No training or assistance with learning all the time wasting and goofy things they want you to do. Then they give you recipes and can’t order the food you need to prepare them. It is a complete joke.
