Thank you for your feedback. 2021 was a very tough year for all of the world. With plummeting business and depleting income, I candidly agree that we couldn't offer more. Recent Acquisition now provides worldwide reach and global best practices know how. Small tight knit group + opportunity to learn and grow. Low turnover - most employees are long term.

Cons

New protocols and processes still being digested due to acquisition. Sometimes wearing many hats with multiple role responsibilities. Recent reshuffling of structure in process of settling down.
