Pros

-Great coworkers -Intelligent engineers -Interesting and meaningful work -Nice offices and amenities (while they lasted, before terrible corporate decisions caused them to tighten the purse strings) -Good healthcare -Flexible scheduling options, e.g. in office, hybrid, and remote options -Pretty good PTO availability

Cons

-High leadership turnover -Leadership seems greedy, making short-term decisions that line their pockets but tank public perception. -Too many layoffs -No transparency -Leadership dodges direct and important questions at town halls about layoffs and the future of the company -Leadership tacitly uses threats of layoffs and ambiguous wording in emails to make you anxious and thus work unpaid overtime. -Using ambiguous wording in emails in general. Clearly something bad happened, or is going to happen, just tell us. -Leadership doesn't listen to its talented employees

Pros

Strong visibility across multiple internal business units (Sales, TAM, Product, Finance). Excellent place to sharpen your skills as a cross-functional "translator" because the data demands are constant and highly visible.

Cons

The organization suffers from significant corporate governance issues. There is a palpable operational bias and favoritism toward specific global offices (specifically Israel / Middle East leadership pipelines), resulting in a massive imbalance in how decisions are made, resources are allocated, and credit is given. Furthermore, psychological safety is practically non-existent in certain divisions; toxic management behavior, including professional bullying and systemic harassment, goes completely unchecked by HR, creating an incredibly stressful and exclusionary workplace.
