Management is very old fashion, they will stare a solution in the face and say 'let's continue to do it the 1970's way'. I began work there very enthused about bringing my talent to the claims department only to leave 18 mos later totally in awe at the way things are run. Management will bark at you with vulgarities, write you up for being literally 5 mins late from a 45 min only lunch break, give an exceeds player a 1% raise and force you to look for employment elsewhere within a short period of time. So much potential there being a regional commercial carrier, that its a real tragedy that the culture has to be archaic and unnecessarily burdensome. The turnover at this company is the worst I have seen in my entire career, and sadly the message written on the wall is just not getting thru. My advice; if you are a good talent, take it elsewhere, where you will feel valued and appreciated.
