Pros
the salary is awesome. The location is great. The hours are very flexible. Time off for vacation is fantastic! as long as you do your job most times you can get through your day effectively. everyone treats you like a professional and allows you to work your claims the way you see it needs to be done. Most of the supervisors are good. The medical benefits are okay except you do not get vision benefits
Cons
the computer and phone system is the oldest I have ever worked on and there are no plans to updated within the next 10 years. the printer breaks down on a daily basis everything in the office is so old it came from the 1970s used as a result from being discharged from home office. All decisions are made in home office. the way you are evaluated on your annual review is pathetic as it is more of a "got ya" program than trying to teach you to make you a better adjuster. Upper management watches your every move very closely. don't ever come in late or even back late from lunch. Watch your attendance. Almost no chances for any advancement. Not sure why there are no minorities in management, you cannot locate an african-american supervisor in Atlanta?!
