Pros

Utica is very laid back and they expect their adjusters to be able to work independently. The claim volume is easy to manage and there is room to move up within the company.

Cons

The system is very out dated. They could use a trainer to train employees so that the expectations are known, Also, the company needs to be more organized and have a process flow for adjusters.

Pros

Work from home/hybrid available; adjustable work hours

Cons

Many good workers usually leave, either forced out or fired. Their replacements are usually always worse. They keep low performing, difficult workers, with bad quality who can’t get any of their work done timely only because a relative got them the job. Insurance benefit costs at the doctor office are super high. This place insurance is only good if you have zero health issues. Difficult to move up and to another department. As a whole company is ran poorly across every division with many, many problems.
