Pros
One of the most reliable Desi IT consulting companies in the US. Green Card in EB-2, On time paychecks, Bench Salary, Over time, 401k, Health Insurance and good marketing. I work as consultant who is always at client location. I have very little insight on the company headquarters in Louisville, KY. So if you want to join as a consultant this company is pretty reliable.
Cons
There are no real cons in my view. But I have read folks working at the headquarters complaining about poor management and company culture
