Pros

There are some really kind people that work there that I am very thankful I had the opportunity to meet. You will also gain experience, but that will be at a cost to your own well-being. Seriously, find a job elsewhere, you'll gain experience and retain your sanity. Business Solutions is the only thing that is progressive in the company, otherwise everything is backwards and done haphazardly. The business solutions team consists of really cool, knowledgeable people who actually care about people and not money. Immigration is also really good, they work hard and get a lot done in a little amount of time.

Cons

This company will zap you of all your energy, happiness and self-worth. There is no company evaluation format, so you will never know what you are doing right or what you're doing wrong. When you do something wrong they will be sure to wave it in your face that you are replaceable. Nearly no one stays there for more than a year. Marketing will say that they have employees who have been with them for years, but that only applies to two or three of their current employees. Those who stay on with the team aren't happy, most see it as an opportunity to sit in the office and get paid to check Facebook and Pinterest on their phones. People will skirt around responsibility and work, if you are even slightly nice or hardworking people will take advantage of that and load you up with their work that they don't want to do. The company is quick to fire people who are disloyal. If they get any inkling that you are looking they will "let you go" within the week with absolutely no notice or reason why. If you work hard, you will be verbally recognized, which is nice... But if you dare ask for a raise or any other compensation they are quick to fire you or shut you down. There are rarely any opportunities to advance in the company, especially if you are a woman. There is no work culture... No wellness program, no pictures on the walls, nothing. Nearly all the chairs in the office are broken, the computers are old and slow, they stretch software licenses across multiple computers and users to save money. The company takes stingy to a new level, and looks for any excuse to pinch pennies, even at their employee's expense. Since the office is small your business will be spread around the whole company within a second. You can't trust HR, even though they are supposed to be the people you can talk to. I honestly am not an angry person, generally I'm very happy and kind, what set me over the edge was how I was treated. I worked hard, had no complaints from coworkers, went above and beyond, worked overtime without pay, did things outside my job description, and in the end none of it mattered. I leave V-Soft with a heavy heart, not for myself but for the company. I wish the best for my friends who are still there, and I feel sad for those who are next in line for being chewed up and spit back out.

Pros

They'll hire just about anyone with a pulse

Cons

- Don't value their people - Will say or do *anything* to make a dollar - Misrepresent the size of the company in the US by including people in India - Anyone with solid work experience leaves. The long-timers are either dead-ended or can't do any better

Pros

Zero Pros for working at VSoft

Cons

Leadership can not be trusted. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my career as I was during both the interview and onboarding process. I had signed my offer letter, was given a start date, 75% onboarded and provided VSoft with personal information as part of employment. Two days before I was to start, I was informed (after VSoft confirmed my start date two days before), that my offer letter had been voided. Leadership intentionally didn't tell me my employment was in jeopardy for 3 weeks to keep me from looking for other jobs. If you are interviewing with them, I would look elsewhere.
