High stress. Chaotic work environment overloaded with policies, processes, procedures, etc. that changed regularly causing ongoing confusion. Extreme lack of communication, disconnect from upper management to team members, continual overlap of work efforts. Favoritism festered resentments and drove unfair practices that enabled unequal quality opportunities among team members, greatly impacting individual production, team morale, and income. No formal training or certifications provided. Claim to be caring and supportive of employees, families, and communities, etc. but upper management never acknowledges, communicates or addresses issues. Constant pressure and limited opportunity created panicky work behavior and a high-stress, low-morale environment. Coworkers continually frustrated and stressed out.
