World's worst employer to work with - Software Engineer V-Soft Consulting Group Employee Review

Not sure where to start with since everything is worst about this company. Starting with Management who only cares about the people those are in project and earning $$ for them next with the resume/profile marketing team who are dumb & have no knowledge on what they are doing. Blame again goes to to management who is responsible for not having a business strategy. Lastly with immigration team who follows what management says so can't blame them. I am wondering how this company is still surviving with obnoxious management in the toxic environment. I honestly suggest people to avoid joining this company. They don't care about employees benefits who are loyal to the company.
