Pros
V-Soft is growing tech company and its exciting to work here. Day to day everyone works hard but there's a strong family component, mutual respect, and simply just nice folks all working toward a common goal. No one watches over your shoulder its simply a get your work done type situation, quite flexible.
Cons
As a result of growing very fast our culture is trying to catch up. That being said I hear there are changes in the works to improve this.
