Decent Company with the worst health insurance - Software Developer V-Soft Consulting Group Employee Review

I'm giving a 1 star to this company due to the worst health insurance offered at an exorbitantly high premium. Imagine 360 is a joke. Please stay away from any company that offers Imagine 360 as a health insurance provider. Imagine 360 has no negotiated rates with hospitals. For example when a hospital bills $1k for a specific service, Imagine 360 arbitrarily pays $300. At this point the employee's only hope is that the hospital doesn't send a balance bill. If a balance bill was sent then it becomes a hassle to deal with the so called Imagine 360. The employee will be caught in the middle between the hospital and the worthless insurance company.
