Not what it used to be - Account Manager V-Soft Consulting Group Employee Review

I felt like the willingness to accomodate my ACA needs came with a cost as far as expectations go, higher quotas than normal, promotions without pay increases, etc. The pay is extraordinarily low for the position, and it seems the owner is willing to do anything to increase his margins, even if it means hurting the people working for him.
