Flexible hours in the right area. Good people to work with. Multicultural engineering teams. Decent health benefits.

Cons

Tends to not promote from within. Does nothing to retain top talent employees. Pay is stagnant and non-competitive with other tech companies in the area.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
