Pros

There's not a whole lot of pros to list. I would have to say I get paid regularly, that's about it

Cons

- Poor pay and benefits We were trained as experimental agents. We were trained to do the work of two different line groups, then several months down the line, trained as a third line group. Any new hires are trained for all three. While doing the work load of three different people, we are paid less than any of the three individual line groups. Which makes the job highly stressful because we cannot focus on our primary task. To make matters worse, our health insurance is prohibitively expensive. If we choose to get it, we are paying a large amount out of the meager check we already get. If we want time off from work to get our stress levels down or because we are sick, we have to do it without pay because unless you are a salaried employee, VXI does not give vacation or sick pay. Meaning people can't afford to miss work and show up to work sick, possibly infecting other employees. - Promotion from within doesn't work The call center is new, so promotions are semi-frequent. The problem is, that each person promoted only has at most 10 months of experience with the job, and the people being promoted have been the people with even less than that. Floor support, or even supervisors are the very same people who were on the phone for as long, or less, that the current people on the phone. It is very hard to trust advice or directions from someone if there are no safe guards to ensure that they actually know what they are talking about. Which leads into ... - Qualifications for promotions are unknown Some of the people being promoted have have questionable qualifications. As stated previously, there is no sort of measure that the people being promoted have the skills to assist other employees with their job, either by assisting with questions they may have or by leading them in a supervisory capacity. Which starts to beget ... - There is too much favoritism Rather than promote people who would actually better the experience at work, it seems the people who are promoted are hand picked by management for qualities other than work ethic or knowledge of the product/client. This is probably what lead to ... - Too much effort is put into keeping people who don't want to work Instead of rewarding those who show up to work and actually work and punishing those who don't, a lot of work is put into appeasing those who do not show up to work. Instead of punishing people who return late from lunch, the time period allotted for lunch was extended, which in turn extended the workday for all employees. This was non-negotiable and not optional. There are many more cons, but I think I've already started to go towards ranting or venting.

Pros

The applications and software work fairly descent

Cons

The company HR is unprofessional and this is just an LLC company not a corporation they have lots of Global Employees that are showing discrimination and cruelty or humiliation during the hiring process They have falsely accused me of fraud on my I9 documents and refuse to provide details so I am forced to take legal action so they can make me even more wealthy than I already am, that's fine. I don't want the sorry job anyway, I was just showing up to see what it was like. I already have three or more LLC's and I am wealthy working for real Global companies like Apple. They just want my profile to stay active indefinitely for clout because they don't know how to act when they see a real celebrity.
