Bed bugs, dirty and unsanitary environment, horrible management, human resources not real easily accessible. Pay is terrible, the supervisors are low life puppets, worst place I ever worked and they hype up the pay, but in reality you have no control over the calls you get and they expect miracles. Usually made less than 250.00 weekly, was sent home for getting dead calls or misdirected callers so the problems are blamed on employees. I only recommend this place if you are unable to find employment and need something so other companies will interview you for opportunities, Not a career by any stretch of the imagination. They have many lawsuits for wrongful termination or mis payment to employees. There are a few that make money and that is because they are willing to say anything and not be honest with customers about the 2 year contract they are stuck in if they have Direct TV installed. Safe yourself much heartache don't work there unless you are completely desperate and then keep looking in the meantime. I worked for them for 8 months which was about 6.5 months too long. Unless in management the work sucks.
