Contrary to listing here, this is a foreign based company, headquartered in the Philippines, and that is where their oppressive corporate culture comes from. Whole corporate culture based on keeping staff down and humbled, by intimidation, threats, constant schedule changes, writeups. Company takes every conceivable advantage of employees, so much wrongdoing, there are countless labor board violations and several class action lawsuits. Recruiters grossly exaggerate and outright lie about what the job and compensation will be. Training is a joke. You're told to be a one-call resolution but in reality be prepared to stop caring about the customer the minute you start taking calls because every minute you spend helping them, (or searching the floor for the few and often completely missing supervisors) will count against you. This is sales pretending to be customer service. Agents are blamed and penalized for factors out of their control. Pay structure constantly changed and always skewed to take more than give. Management can and does control the type and frequency of your calls, ensuring a select few will do well so they can use that to shame, threaten and penalize the majority. Sales you make one day disappear or are devalued the next, you are not allowed to keep track of your numbers, which always seem to be changing away from your favor - the trackers on your monitor are, you are told, unreliable. Systems and equipment always breaking down and you lose money as a result. NO preventative maintenance on phones or computers, employees are forced to pay a ridiculously high price for cheap flimsy headsets the company markets themselves. Management refused to document and file anything but negative reports, customer commendations never written up, counted or rewarded... supervisors obviously play favorites, you can fall out of favor and see your money disappear or you can bribe with gifts, favors and controlled substances and be all right until you're not... Workplace is crowded, underventilitated - often opressively hot - and filthy. Locked restrooms, tiny crowded breakroom. You are penalized for absences, sick or not, so people work sick and spread the germs. Management literally does not care if you live or die unless it benefits them. This place is racking up a mountain of bad karma. Other aliases they work under: Multi-Cultural Marketing, Vision-x, inc. A skunk by any other name...
