Pros
There were no pros in my situation.
Cons
I did the training (as much as I was able to before being wrongfully terminated). Showed up on time. Took notes and knew and understood the curriculum. Little did I know I would discriminated against. I have a disability called Neuropathy. It sometimes causes my to have extreme nausea. My instructor knew this. I also use a walker to get around. My instructor would only give me 3 minutes to use the restroom. The fact that no one else had these guidelines and also knowing I could not move around quickly at all. I was constantly targeted. Come to find out they all also had a separate chat primarily used to belittle and make jokes at my expense. It would sometimes even happen in class. But still I did my absolute best and was still let go. I was written up for using the restroom while other people did the same and it was not an issue for them. I was targeted from the beginning and spoke to HR about wanting to switch instructors because this was hindering my learning so I could do my best and next thing I know I was fired. Completely unprofessional.
