The company itself is corrupt. They don't care about their employees. The HR lady is very condescending and judgmental in more than one way, even when all they talk about is diversity. The whole management needs to be gone, but that will sadly never happen because who would fire their friends. Everyone in management is friends, it's basically like high school. The Team Leads are disrespectful and don't care how good a job you are doing, they will still get onto you. They don't care if you are sick or not, they want you to come in or else they will give you a PIP (basically a write-up). You can't use your PTO or UTO for being sick...so if you're sick better hope you don't get fired. They are not professional in the slightest.
They love to give you hope about how you will move up in the company, but you don't. Not only that, but they also give you set expectations with your schedule when you're hired, and then they will just randomly change it with barely any input from you and if you end up working both weekends…they don't care...even if you have kids. Please do not support this company. They need to majorly change if they want to stay in business.
