Great to work here. Good Scope to learn many things. Even Juniors also aware of the Project Status which is totally different from other companies. Company has good practicies of new methodologies. Best @ Agile Practices. Everything will work on Process. FInally you will get gr8 knowledge.
Cons
Good company with Good Management. In Few cases, due to few politics by few employees( Especially high level category) who worked in management level, Many sub- ordinates are affected by them. And the same was informed to Top most higher mgmt . Due to this so much Gap between Employee and Mgmt. The truth was ignored.Just a Blind belief ( what ever manager said, that will be the final). In some cases, to work here, you have to say YES to your manager for everything. In many cases skill set people are ignored and under perform people are recognized. Due to this Many people are leaving the Organization. Career wise it is good to work here. But Financially it is not up to Market. your Salary is up to work only while Joining. Not much hikes. Finally this company people trust new Joinees and ignore old employees. No value for Old Employees.
