Pros

The company has amazing benefits, competitive salary, and great career mobility. 1) I don’t want to gloat but just keep in mind that they put 10% of your salary in a 401(k) without it affecting your base on a continuous basis. They also match up to 4%! So you take a 4% hit on your salary and in the meantime you are contributing 18% to retirement every year. 2) Generous bonuses every year without the pressure of generating sales. 3) They’ll sponsor you for various examinations 4) $100 a month toward Student Loans 5) You may not get the entry-level job you want immediately but if you put in 1 year of dedicated service, I promise you’ll be in a better position after applying within.

Cons

Salary could be higher, but it’s much better than my old firm. Other than that, maybe a little less training. As someone that came in with credentials it was kind of exhausting, but really not that big of a deal.
