Pros
Company culture matches perception of being very client-focused. Team leaders and management are very accommodating and helpful with career advancement. Good work/life balance with relatively flexible schedules. Partnership bonus has been good thanks to the huge influx in assets.
Cons
Pay isn't great, even for the lesser number of hours (at-cost philosophy leads to fairly low compensation when compared to the rest of the industry). Frequent changes and reorganization can be a challenge. Team leaders aren't often well-versed in various aspects of their team members' responsibilities, which can make it difficult knowing who to go to for help with job-specific issues.
