Pros
- Work with nice people - PTO is generous - Job Stability
Cons
- Constantly micromanaged - Low pay in industry standards. You can get a substantial raise leaving to a competitor or a boutique firm. - too much focus on meaningless metrics as opposed to actually doing good work. Often times mediocrity gets rewarded because their metrics look good when in reality they do poor work. - way too many managers who don't do actual work and just sit in meetings all day - No accountability for Crew who do not do what they are supposed to do with clients/case time - Management would rather you get off a call asap than go over the handle time to make sure the client is taken care of the right way. - tons of system issues with the website - They make you pay back PTO and FlexFund that you use (Pretty tough look for the second biggest asset manager in the world)
