Pros
After taking some time to reflect after leaving a couple months ago, I can admit that I learned ALOT of things when working there. You learn how to talk to people and how finances really work in the real life. You also get certified right away for the first couple of months which is one of the biggest things you can do if you're just starting off in your career in finance.
Cons
It's a complete grind. Turnover was astounding and that was the main reason I left. Management is so fixated on the numbers, and they really don't care if you decide to leave or not. You're just a number to them so don't feel like you're tied to the company. Look out for yourself and if it starts to become too much, don't feel like a failure if you go to another job. The average person lasts 1 to 2 years. Promotion is almost non-existent. Get the experience and then leave for a better company.
