Worst job environment/lack of training and accountability. - Project Coordinator Vector Security Employee Review

- This company does not care to train effectively - Very unorganized - High school cafeteria feeling when in office - False hopes given at the beginning about career advancement and all the knowledge willing to be taught but is not -Sr Project Manager that don’t do their job or try to cover up mistakes by using Project coordinators as a shield -Some coworkers are ok but majority are dying for a raise and will do anything for it - Gainesville location is very racist , whether it’s passive or not they do discriminate.
