We strive to support the needs of our team members and their dependents by providing a benefit package that is easy to understand, easy to access and affordable for all our team members. We have also added hybrid and remote opportunities, where possible. In our call centers, where we need to be staffed 24/7, we have provided the team with flexibility by having them work 3 days one week and four days the next week, with every other three day weekend off (Saturday - Monday).
