Pros
There are none unless you work directly at corporate. They do not care for the frontline workers who actually make them their money just the people who do nothing on the backend
Cons
They bought out the company I originally worked for, and made us drive to a hotel to do an introduction where they told us that we should be happy that such a great company bought us out and all the normal bull. Since the buyout, they have decreased income for employees, and neglected to deal with any problems brought forth to them. The CEO told upper management to fire anyone who "causes a problem" which to them is just bringing awareness to the mistreatment that this company has brought to its employees. They have full-time employees unable to pay basic bills because of the decrease in income, which has also been brought to their attention and they do not care. They have messed up payroll MULTIPLE times. They are a publicly traded company that own about 100 dispensaries and they do not know what they are doing. And they never take accountability for anything. They make their frontline employees feel stupid and small when viable complaints come forward that they do not want to deal with. They keep promising "great plans" they are working on to fix the pay yet they bought us out over a year ago and they still don't have the plans finished and won't tell us when they will be. And in the meantime of all this, they opened an entirely brand new store in the state but do not have time to figure out how to pay their employees a liveable wage. All the corporate employees who sit there and defend the company because their income has not been decreased and do nothing are the ones who get rewarded. So if you are thinking about getting a job in the cannabis industry steer clear of this place. They are currently trying to fire anyone who has ever spoken up about the problems there and trying to hire new people who don't know any different so they can keep up with their lack of business ethic. They consider themselves a successful company but when you have more than 3 stores already unionized (and more to come) because of how poorly they run their business and how poorly they treat employees that is not success.
