Pros

The trainers here do their absolute best in preparing future staff for their transition into Verida. I have experienced the most extensive training here that I have at any other place of employment. This goes to show how much this company values not only their employees, but also their members.

Cons

I do believe they did a thorough job training by the book. I would prefer a bit more training when it comes to the job itself. Then again, that also will come in time.

Ms. Lynette (Trainer) Being able to help Medicaid members get to and from their appointments

Cons

Pay too low, Team leads with the exception of two (India and Kristine and Supervisor Walter) can use some training on how to work with, approach or respond to their team. They come across as rude and speak down to you like you’re an idiot. Chat questions aren’t answered timely or at all. After being hired perm. The company is unorganized but expects you to meet these metrics, back to back calls. Hour lunches cut down to 30 minutes because of the call volume so you don’t have time to regroup before getting back on.
