Pros
Very good benefits, most of the residents are very kind and warm. While working there I formed good relationships with the residents.
Cons
Management and co-workers will throw you under the bus and not think twice about it. People in my department would often make deragatory jokes about everything from my work ethic to sexualtiy. I feared complaining to HR because I didnt want to lose my job. In the end giving my sweat and blood and 100% effort everyday wasn't enough to meet expectations. I found out the pay rate is much below the nation average by 20%. All in all I gained some good experience there and for the most part the job wasn't difficult, however my department manager and supervisor were cold emotionless people to work for and I spent many a days wondering why am I working so hard for people who don't appreciate or value me.
