Thank you for your review. COVID-19 is a serious disease that has caused death and severe illness across the world and the United States. Our senior residents are at the highest risk of experiencing serious illness or death from COVID-19. Being unvaccinated puts at risk the safety, wellbeing, and lives of our senior residents. To continue combating this pandemic, we need to employ all the preventable tools and resources that are available to us, including vaccines. As a result, effective August 1st 2021, will be mandating the vaccine as a condition of employment. Vi recognizes and respects getting a vaccine is a personal choice. We recognize some team members may decide not to get vaccinated. While getting the vaccine is a personal choice, and we desire to retain every employee, we recognize some employees may choose not to get vaccinated. Again, our priority is the safety and well-being of our residents and team members. Requiring a healthcare provider to sign an ADA (medical/disability) accommodation request is a standard practice for many employers. We respect the choice you make, and we hope that you stay.
