I have just been employed through Vi and I have completed oreinatation. I feel very knowladable of the company, what they expect of me, and how to treat our residents with respect and compassion.

Cons

I have not came across any cons.

Pros

Great benefits and extras for all - employees care and have a positive attitude overall a happy place to work.

Cons

some areas need to be updated- upgraded and it seems as new people come in this IS being done but can take along time and can be frustrating - eventually its there as needed.
