Sales - Anonymous employee Vi Employee Review

In my former role I consulted with hundreds of companies, so I understand culture and company dynamics. I lasted 53 days at Vi and it was the worst job experience of my life. This is mostly because of bad fit (despite extensive pre-offer testing) but offers a cautionary tale. Vi @Silverstone showed no interest in my input or ideas; I was ostracized for efforts to contribute. If you are entrepreneurial, innovative or have independent thoughts, sales at Vi is probably not the role for you.
