Staff at Vi at La Jolla is supportive and positive With the new Director of La Jolla processes are moving a bit quicker Relationships with the consumer are frequent and you directly see how your work is influential

Cons

Bureaucratic and political Little room for growth unless you stay with the company for a long time

Pros

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
