I have worked for this company for 5 1/2 years, but I have worked with seniors for 16 years. This is by far the best company that I have worked for. It is truly remarkable to work with a team who are ALL deeply investing in caring for and serving our residents. The company does an amazing job of investing in its staff, through benefits, competitive pay, training and development, and overall support. The leadership team works hard to support their teams and lead through example to ensure high quality service provision. The staff are passionate about caring for seniors. They are supportive of each other and help to ensure that work is not only professional, but fun. Every accolade that we have received as a company comes as a direct result of the incredible work that our staff does each and every day. The residents are wonderfully gracious of everything that we do for them. I cannot imagine a better place to work.
