Pros

Great benefits and extras for all - employees care and have a positive attitude overall a happy place to work.

Cons

some areas need to be updated- upgraded and it seems as new people come in this IS being done but can take along time and can be frustrating - eventually its there as needed.

Nice and friendly staff transferring within the company is easy and encouraged

Pros

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
