-The pay and the benefits are great. -They are the main reason why people stuck around and the bonus too. -Flexible hours

Cons

- Absolutely no opportunity to move up in the company unless your caucasian - Being written up for nonsense things - Everyone micro mangering everything you do even when you are doing you job. - They play favorites - Sometime management has no respect for how they speak to their employees.

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
