Lazy managers/Terrible place to work/Terrible Policies/Vi at Grayhawk - Anonymous employee Vi Employee Review

The managers including the Executive are lazy and do not care about the employees. They sit around doing nothing and only rely on a employees doing all the work. Their sexual harassment policy sucks as well. People can make false accusations against you and they will write you up with no evidence presented. They also will not even follow up on accusations with proof being provided. The director that oversaw my department is bias. Managers are highly disrespectful and when brought to HR's or the ED's attention, they will brush it aside and stick up for one another as they are all buddies. I had a hard time working with my coworkers as they were very sensitive and constantly complained and made up the most outrageous lies about me. My department head even tried secretly getting rid of me because he did not like me. He even tried getting rid of others he did not like and would pin it on me when stuff hit the fan. Overall great company, but poor management and co-workers.
